Lauren Maturo was a bright light who made every room she entered feel a little warmer.

She was a treasured member of the RXR team and a dear friend to so many of us. We lost her suddenly last weekend.

Lauren was unapologetically herself. She met the world with wonder, individuality, and an authenticity all her own.

We grieve alongside her parents, Mike and Paula, and her sisters, Elise and Jillian.

We won’t look for Lauren only in memory. We’ll find her in the world’s brightness and beauty, and in the kindness she left behind.

In her honor, her family has asked us to wear our brightest colors on Friday. We can’t think of a more fitting tribute.
