Toast Coffee + Kitchen has signed a lease at RXR’s One Clinton Park in New Rochelle, where it will occupy approximately 5,000 square feet on the ground floor of the residential tower. The addition marks the seventh location for the coffee and café brand, known for its breakfast, lunch, and vegan offerings, and is expected to open in early 2027 as part of the property’s growing retail mix. Located within the two-tower, 740+ unit Clinton Park development, One Clinton Park continues RXR’s broader transformation of downtown New Rochelle into a mixed-use destination integrating housing, retail, and community-oriented space.
