RXR’s Executive Vice President of Development, Adam Greene, joined Commercial Observer’s Future of New York Forum to discuss RXR’s approach to strengthening New York’s competitive position through thoughtful reinvestment, next-generation development, and strategic conversions that bring new life to underutilized assets. He also emphasized the importance of effective public-private partnerships in creating the framework needed to address housing demand while supporting long-term economic growth.
Adam pointed to projects including the office-to-residential conversions of 5 Times Square and 61 Broadway, continued investment in premier office assets such as 1211 Avenue of the Americas, 590 Madison Avenue, and 450 Lexington, and the vision behind 175 Park Avenue as a next-generation workplace integrated with transit, hospitality, and public space.
