RXR and Long Island University celebrated the topping out of 89 Dekalb, a multifamily property in downtown Brooklyn. The 30-story tower features 324-units as well as 55,000 square feet of academic space for LIU. This is the second partnership between RXR and LIU following the completion of The Willoughby, a 476-unit, 34-story tower nearby that also features academic and office spaces for the university, as well as a rooftop athletic field on a 564-space garage.
