Last month RXR, the master developer behind the transformation of downtown New Rochelle, celebrated the grand opening of Two Clinton Park. It’s the newest New Rochelle property that boasts 390 state-of-the-art apartments and extensive amenities.
RXR was selected to revitalize the downtown a decade ago in an effort to create a bright and expansive future for the city. Today, New Rochelle is the fastest-growing city in Westchester County and a recently designated pro-housing community by New York State Governor Kathy Hochul. The completion of the latest project marks an important milestone in the development of the downtown.
