RXR, alongside Hudson Bay Capital, sold a Flatiron District commercial condo at 620 Avenue of the Americas to the Building Service 32BJ Health Fund for about $22.1 million. The deal includes roughly 14,400 square feet on the ground floor and about 4,500 square feet of mezzanine space, as the 32BJ Health Fund expands its footprint and presence in the building.
