Over the past three years, RXR has partnered with FM to implement more than 150 recommendations designed to strengthen protection against risks such as fire, severe weather, and other natural hazards. These improvements have contributed to a reduction in annual loss frequency while supporting the long-term performance and resilience of the portfolio.
