Frank Adipietro serves as Executive Vice President, Investment Management Group at RXR. Mr. Adipietro is responsible for portfolio management, special situations and transaction execution. Mr. Adipietro oversees strategic and financial planning and performance monitoring of company assets, as well as the oversight and execution of complex, multi-faceted financial real estate transactions. Mr. Adipietro brings his expertise in acquisition and ground-up development of all asset classes, and he has worked extensively with the management of highly structured investments including joint ventures and leveraged loans.
Prior to the formation of RXR, Mr. Adipietro was Senior Vice President of Joint Ventures and Alternative Investments at Reckson Associates. Previously he was Senior Vice President with Reckson Strategic Venture Partners, LLC, a $1.5 billion real estate-oriented venture capital fund. Prior to joining the Reckson family in 1996, Mr. Adipietro was a Senior Manager at E & Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group.
Mr. Adipietro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University and is a NYS licensed CPA.
