Amazon has agreed to take nearly 200,000 square feet at 237 Park Avenue as the company calls its employees back to the office five days a week. 237 Park is a 21-story, 1.2 million square foot office tower owned by a partnership of RXR and Walton Street Capital. Just last month, law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell also signed a long-term lease for 61,000 square feet at the property.
