This week, RXR saw continued leasing momentum at 590 Madison Avenue following its acquisition of the 43-story Midtown tower in August 2025, as tenant demand builds at the property. A platform company within the Apollo Global Management umbrella has signed a 10-year, nearly 50,000-square-foot lease across the 14th and 15th floors. The deal builds on Apollo’s prior commitment for nearly 100,000 square feet, reinforcing its long-term presence at the building.
