Global architecture and design firm Populous is expanding and renewing its presence at RXR’s Starrett-Lehigh Building, where it has maintained its New York office for more than five years. The firm renewed its existing 10,158-square-foot lease for three years and added 6,500 square feet under a new seven-year term, bringing its total footprint to 16,658 square feet on the 14th floor of the Chelsea property at 601 W. 26th Street. Populous plans to unveil its expanded and renovated space later this fall, marking a continued investment in the building’s growing creative tenant community.
