RXR’s Hudson House is continuing to grow its community offerings with the addition of Ivy Primary Prep. The early education provider has signed a lease for an 8,800-square-foot center at Radio Lofts, one of the Collection’s two newly opened rental buildings in Jersey City’s SoHo West neighborhood. Set to open in Spring 2027, Ivy Prep joins recently announced Hudson House tenants Dogdrop and CULTR Athletic Club, further expanding the Collection’s mix of family-friendly offerings and services.
