Finance company BasePoint is expanding its footprint at 75 Rockefeller Plaza to encompass 19,556 square feet including 5,440 square feet on the building’s 16th floor, and 14,116 square feet on the entire 19th floor. RXR was represented in-house by Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney and Heidi Steinegger.
Additionally, RXR has inked another lease at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, technology platform PureStream Trading Technologies has signed a 3,295-square-foot lease on the building’s 29th floor.
