The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research has relocated its headquarters to RXR’s 530 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, taking 68,958 square feet at the 26-story office building as it moves from its longtime space at 111 West 33rd Street. The move comes as RXR continues its repositioning of the asset through a $180 million recapitalization focused on upgrading the building and attracting mission-driven, high-quality tenants.
The relocation reflects RXR’s strategy of aligning its office portfolio with organizations that value collaborative, modern work environments, supporting tenants like the foundation in advancing their long-term missions.
