Mizuho Financial Group signed the biggest new lease in Manhattan in February, and will take a 151,400-square-foot space at RXR’s 1285 Avenue of the Americas. Mizuho, whose global custody and related businesses outside of Japan were acquired last month by State Street Corp., currently has offices next-door at 1271 Avenue of the Americas.
