RXR unveiled renderings for AVE Station House, a residential project in Denver’s RiNo Art District designed by OZ Architecture. The development leverages its unique triangular site and rail-adjacent context to shape a bold architectural expression rooted in RiNo’s industrial character.
RXR will bring the project to life with its partners Halpern Real Estate Ventures, Korman Communities, and Invent Development Partners, LLC. Groundbreaking is expected in April 2026.
