Xfinity Creative, Comcast’s in-house marketing services agency, has signed a five-year lease for 14,116 square feet, taking the full 11th floor at RXR’s 75 Rockefeller Plaza and relocating from 105 Wooster Street in SoHo. The building also welcomed strategic advisory and investment firm BeaconHead Partners, which secured 3,190 square feet on the 20th floor under a three-year lease. Together, the new commitments underscore continued leasing momentum at 75 Rockefeller Plaza and reflect strong demand for RXR’s upgraded, amenity-rich office assets.
