RXR celebrated the grand opening of Eighty Nine DeKalb, its newest residential development in Downtown Brooklyn. The all-electric, 30-story tower has surpassed 80% leased since launching in Fall 2025 and delivers 324 mixed-income residences, hospitality-inspired amenities, and 55,000 square feet of academic and research space for Long Island University.
