Earlier this week, RXR Chairman and CEO, Scott Rechler, spoke to Peter Grant at the Wall Street Journal about one of the hottest office markets in the country: Park Avenue. While not much availability remains along Park Avenue, Rechler discussed plans for 175 Park Avenue, a $6 billion tower near Grand Central Terminal that is slated to be the tallest commercial building in the Western Hemisphere when completed in 2032.
