RXR, Columbia-led team launch leasing at 140-unit loft project in Jersey City’s ‘SoHo West’

The evolution of the SoHo West neighborhood reached a new milestone with the launch of leasing at Radio Lofts, a thoughtfully reimagined adaptive reuse of a 1920s industrial landmark in Downtown Jersey City. Developed by RXR and Columbia Property Trust as part of the broader Hudson House collection, the 140-unit property offers a Tribeca-style living experience with some of the market’s largest and most flexible rental layouts, featuring 11.5-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and expansive windows—all while preserving the building’s historic character.

“Radio Lofts embodies Hudson House’s broader philosophy of creating distinct identities for each building within a thoughtfully curated community,” said Whitney Arcaro, Chief Revenue Officer, RXR Residential Services. “In particular, Radio Lofts preserves an authentic piece of Jersey City’s industrial heritage while introducing a collection of larger, more flexible residences that deliver added value through their generous layouts and luxury, condo-level finishes.”
