As part of RXR’s 2026 Summer Internship Program, interns toured the future JFK Terminal 6 to gain firsthand insight into one of New York’s most transformative infrastructure projects. The visit provided a unique opportunity to explore the scale and complexity of the development while learning about the planning, design, construction, and public-private partnership driving the project. The tour was led by RXR’s Construction & Development team, including Gregory Lowe, Senior Vice President and Project Executive, and Michael Leone, Vice President and Project Executive, who shared their expertise and perspectives on delivering this project.
