As the master developer of Downtown New Rochelle, RXR held a ribbon cutting of Two Clinton Park, its newest residential tower featuring 390 luxury apartments and extensive amenities. It joins 360 Huguenot, 11 Garden Street and One Clinton Park, with the four projects bringing more than 1,000 new rental apartments to the area.
“Ten years ago, RXR was selected to revitalize Downtown New Rochelle in partnership with the City of New Rochelle through thoughtful development and community engagement,” said Joseph Graziose, Jr., EVP of RXR Development Services.
“We are incredibly proud of all of the work accomplished over the past decade; it is a testament to the power of what can be delivered when the public and private sector partner together. We look forward to continuing our work in this great city and to venturing upon the next phase and chapter for Downtown New Rochelle.”
