RXR achieved an impressive benchmark at its Midtown office tower, 1285 Sixth Avenue. Global law firm Latham & Watkins has agreed to a lease 120,000 square feet at the property. This lease brings the 1.8 million-square-foot tower to 100 percent occupancy. CBRE represented the law firm, while RXR’s William Elder and Daniel Birney handled the transaction in-house. This lease completion marks another milestone in Midtown Manhattan’s continued strength.
