Featured in Commercial Observer, RXR’s Maven in Mott Haven redefines what it means to come home. With a vision championed and executed by Todd Rechler, RXR’s Chief Construction and Development Officer, the resident lobby was intentionally designed as an immersive gallery, showcasing ten large-scale, vibrant works by local and international artists. Each piece was custom-created to reflect the energy, culture, and creative spirit of the South Bronx—culminating in a one-of-a-kind collaborative mural at reception.
