RXR’s 75 Rockefeller Plaza Signs Jack D’s Steakhouse

RXR has signed Jack D’s Steakhouse to a nearly 9,000-square-foot retail lease at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, adding a high-profile dining tenant to the nearly fully leased, midtown office tower. The 15-year deal marks continued momentum for the property following multiple debt restructurings and a recent partnership with Farallon Capital Management. Led by restaurateurs Christopher Dorrian and Craig Pogson, the Art Deco–inspired steakhouse underscores strong retail demand at premier Manhattan office assets despite broader market challenges.

RXR EVP and Managing Director, Bill Elder, noted the restaurant “will bring energy” to the property, signifying that “premier properties in world-class locations like 75 Rock, which is now nearly fully leased, continue to outperform” the market.
