Commercial Observer spotlighted RXR’s appointment of Gerard Norcia to lead its residential business unit and the promotion of Whitney Arcaro to Chief Operating Officer.
Norcia brings more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as CEO of Olmstead Properties, with previous leadership roles at Southern Land Company and J.P. Morgan.
Together, Norcia and Arcaro will help lead the next phase of growth for RXR’s residential platform, which encompasses a $5 billion operating portfolio of more than 8,000 units, a 2,800-unit development pipeline, and more than $2 billion in structured residential transactions completed over the past 30 months.
“It’s not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ mentality at RXR. We’re owners, we’re operators, we’re developers, and we want to try to find that unique angle or a unique way to step into a deal and create value for our investors,” said Gerard Norcia.
