As Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Head of Office, Mr. Pusinelli oversees the firm’s enterprise-wide administrative and operational functions, aligning corporate infrastructure, policy, and performance with RXR’s strategic objectives. In his role as Head of Office, he leads the day-to-day management of the company’s operating platform across commercial office and logistics assets, including marketing, leasing, and property management, while maintaining responsibility for business planning, budgeting, and overall operational execution.
Mr. Pusinelli also directs acquisition due diligence and underwriting, capital planning, asset repositioning strategies, and design oversight, and he oversees all tenant improvement and capital construction projects across the office portfolio. He establishes policies, procedures, and performance standards in coordination with the Executive Management Team to drive operational excellence and long-term value creation.
Since joining RXR in 1999, Mr. Pusinelli has participated in the acquisition of tens of millions of square feet and overseen more than $3 billion in construction projects spanning ground-up development, repositioning initiatives, and complex tenant interiors. He previously worked in construction management and in the architectural and engineering fields, with a focus on municipal architecture and environmental engineering.
