View, a maker of smart building technologies such as dynamic glass, raised $200 million in convertible notes raised by RXR-affiliated investment vehicles, including from USAA Real Estate, Anson Funds and BNP Paribas Asset Management. RXR Chairman and CEO Scott Rechler will join View’s Board of Directors.
