RXR Secures Approval For Office-to-Residential Conversion in Brooklyn

RXR has secured approval for the rezoning and approval of a nine-building, mixed-use residential complex at 47 Hall Street in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The site will feature 933,000 square feet of revitalized space, including a new 21-story residential tower and the adaptive reuse of eight historic structures, 620 rental units, with 150–180 designated as permanently affordable to help meet housing needs in a high-demand area, and 47,600 sq ft of retail space. Upon completion, RXR will have taken an underutilized campus and redirected it toward inclusive housing, vibrant open space with retail and commercial opportunities for a holistic, mixed-use approach that will benefit the Clinton Hill community at large.
