Latham & Watkins has expanded its presence at RXR’s 1285 Avenue of the Americas, adding approximately 131,354 square feet and bringing its total footprint in the tower to 251,354 square feet. The expansion comes just seven months after the firm signed a 12-year, 120,000-square-foot lease at the property, underscoring continued tenant demand for high-quality office space in premier Midtown locations.
