Construction is nearing completion at RXR’s Hudson House West, a 27-story residential tower at 325 15th Street in Jersey City’s SoHo West neighborhood.
The final phase of the Hudson House Collection development, the building will deliver 338 rental residences and a robust suite of amenities, including fitness and wellness spaces, co-working areas, pools, and shuttle service to the Hoboken PATH station. With leasing underway and first move-ins expected this summer, the project marks another milestone in the continued growth and transformation of Jersey City’s SoHo West district.
