Heritage fashion brand Ralph Lauren expanded its footprint at RXR’s Starrett-Lehigh Building, adding 22,000 square feet to bring its total occupancy to 280,000 square feet. The luxury retailer signed a 13-year lease for the additional space, expanding into the building’s second-floor mezzanine alongside its existing offices on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors.
