RXR Arden Digital Ventures-Backed Henry AI Secures $16.5M Series A Funding

Henry AI, a New York City-based proptech startup backed by RXR Arden Digital Ventures (RADV), was featured in the New York Business Journal this week following its $16.5 million Series A financing. The round, led by FirstMark Capital, included participation from Thomson Reuters Ventures and follow-on investors, including RXR Arden Digital Ventures, RXR’s venture capital platform focused on companies building a the intersection of technology and the built environment.

Henry AI develops AI-powered software that automates commercial real estate workflows, including offering memorandums, underwriting packages, pitch decks and transaction summaries, and has produced more than 20,000 client-ready deliverables representing over $150 billion in underlying deal value. The funding will support the company’s continued growth and expansion of its AI platform.
