Veridea, RXR’s 1,100-acre mixed-use development in Apex, North Carolina, continues to gain momentum with plans for Wake Technical Community College’s new Conlon Western Wake Campus.
The planned 3,500-student campus reflects RXR’s vision of creating more than a traditional live-work-play development, instead prioritizing long-term community benefits by integrating education, workforce development, and access to high-quality jobs. The future campus will help connect students with careers in biotech, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and healthcare while supporting the region’s rapidly expanding employment base.
