As summer comes to a close, we’re looking back at RXR’s 2026 Summer Intern Program.
This year’s internship program gave students a firsthand look at the many sides of real estate through their day-to-day responsibilities, workshops, property visits, and their capstone group project, which game them opportunities to connect with teams across RXR and company leadership, including RXR’s partners Scott Rechler, Michael Maturo, Jason Barnett and Todd Rechler.
Along the way, interns stepped outside the office to experience firsthand the RXR projects shaping the region, including tours of Hamilton Green in White Plains, Garvies Point in Glen Cove, and a behind-the-scenes tour of JFK Airport, where RXR is helping deliver the transformation of Terminal 6 as part of the airport’s historic redevelopment.
