RXR secured three new leases totaling 40,000 square feet at the residential complex, Atlantic Station in Stamford, CT providing dining, entertainment and shopping opportunities for both residents and the broader community. The three leases include Lovesac, a national modern furniture company specializing in a patented modular furniture system called Sactional; Golf Lounge 18, an entertainment-based premium indoor golfing facility; and Fresh & Co., a national healthy fast-casual franchise with a locally sourced and seasonal menu. Atlantic Station is a luxury mixed-use project featuring a total of 650 residences and 82,000 square feet of retail space across two towers.
